Leaders impacted...

“Having a Sabbatical Coach [and a sabbatical process] was crucial to me getting the most out of the time. My coach helped me overcome the initial guilt of spending so much time resting and focusing on self-care, gave me a framework for goal setting and evaluation, led me in spiritual exercises of communing with God and listened as I verbally processed. I would highly recommend an experienced coach to all my staff or anyone else as they enter a sabbatical! I can’t say enough about The Way Between’s work in this space.”
